My Treatment Philosophy

I believe that true mental health care addresses not just symptoms, but the person as a whole.  Through an integrative and collaborative approach—utilizing a combination of medication, nutraceuticals, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and other integrative modalities—we can work together to uncover the root cause of your challenges, helping you reach your fullest potential in work, relationships, and life as a whole.

I work with individuals between the ages of 18 and 64, offering compassionate and inclusive care for a variety of mental health conditions, including:

My Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Body Dysmorphia

  • Grief & Loss

  • College students, higher-ed students, and working professionals dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress, looking to improve academic or work performance

Treatment Modalities

Being an integrative provider means that I offer several methods outside of just medication management and therapy to get you feeling better. Together, we’ll create a comprehensive plan that takes into account all factors of your mind, body, and spirit. Here are some of the treatment modalities I offer:

My Appointments

Now accepting new patients in Texas! I offer both telehealth and in-person appointments for those in or around the Galveston area. Early morning appointment times are available upon request.

Please note: I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential partial reimbursement. By being out-of-network, I am able to offer more personalized and flexible care, including:

  • Longer appointments: I can fully focus on your unique needs without the time constraints or limitations imposed by insurance companies.

  • Direct communication: You’ll communicate directly with me—no phone trees or navigating layers of staff. I respond within 24 hours of your inquiry.

  • Easier scheduling with greater availability: I offer both in-person and virtual appointments, including early morning slots to accommodate your schedule. Initial intakes are typically available within 2 weeks, and all scheduling is handled directly with me.

  • Flexibility in treatment: I can incorporate alternative treatments to ensure a well-rounded approach to your care.
